I tried installing the windows 10 drivers available for said device on windows 7 and it completes the installation, but the HP connection manager still shows as the bluetooth is disabled by device manager. I have refreed to the forums, and few solutions listed on it. I have tried installing drivers but still not getting the bluettoth adapter to work. The system shows that the bluetooth device is a Broadcomm 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 adapter. Most of the drivers have been installed and everything is working except for bluetooth. in that process i lost all the files i had on my pc hard drive and had to reinstall all the drivers again.
Hello, I have HP Envy 15 j140na laptop and i recently did a clean install of Windows 7, downgraded from Windows 10.
